Garwin has 20 years of experience in design, marketing, construction and management of commercial and residential development. He has extensive experience in real estate development and, as a long time resident in the Parksville/Qualicum area is very familiar with local conditions. He holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (honours) from University of British Columbia and is a member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia.

Brenda is a long time resident of the Parksville/Qualicum area and has been with Radcliffe for 13 years, as Property Administrator. She is a licensed strata property manager and holds a wide range of business expertise in accounting, administration and property management.

Brandon is responsible for coordination of construction projects and manager of information systems. He holds a diploma in Information Technology and Applied Systems from Malaspina University-College and is certified in building and construction. Brandon was born and raised in the local area.
